Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of top-notch patient care during the evening shift. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during the evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday).
- Oversee patient care activities and ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient status and address any issues promptly.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in New Jersey.
